I added a bunch of new pics of my office and a little of the studio at Zipper. Yes my office is insanely cluttered with "stuff". Since I just got back from PAX and I got BAGS of shwag, I figured new pictures were in order.
Pax 2008 is now at a close. It was a huge show. Something like 50,000 people showed up. This year was even better than last year because of all the games that were shown at the show that are not out yet. I got to play a little Need for Speed: Undercover which was really cool, and I’m so glad they are going back to their roots, which is daytime tracks with cops. Was a lot of fun. I got in a bunch of beta’s and 14 day trials of some great MMO games. I’m in the beta of Battlefield Heroes and it’s a fun game, I like it, but mostly its just battlefield with cartoon characters, but none the less still fun. You can check out all my pictures here. Ah PAX, its almost here. I'll be heading over to the place around noon to get in line at the largest gaming convention in America. Last year I went but was ill prepaired. This year I'm going to be bloggin through out the days of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on hte sights and sounds of PAX and also the speakers. (I'll try to get video but mostly still images.)

*** UPDATE 2 *** I got some updates to the site I'm going to do for PAX, so I can blog about it realtime from the show floor... This should be interesting, because this is going to be my test run before heading off to another conference [HINT* - Its very MMO centric]
So what have I been obessed with this week. Well, Madden. Madden 09 to be specific. Once again football season is about to begin and my life becomes fantasy football, watching (or listening) to the Lions play, and Madden. I usually play the franchaise mode, playing as the Lions, and play out their full schedule playing it 1 game at a time, once a week right before the real game comes on.
This year my brother in law came to gamestop with me at 12am to pick it up this year. Tonight we tried out the online play. Now I played an online game of madden 09 earlier in the week and had no problems, but we had lag the whole game. Hopefully the next one we play together does not.
One of the really cool features I like about 09 is that you can upload your highlight videos. Check out my highlight touchdown playing against my brother in law as the Seahawks. Video after the jump!
***Resistance 2 update - So I downloaded it but I havn't been able to get in yet, because its a private beta, we're having issues with our accounts getting access to the servers. Hopefully will be fixed soon.
